What if my order arrives damaged?
First of all, we're sorry that happened. Let us help you in every way we can. Please contact us and we will assist with getting you a replacement ASAP!
For any product deemed defective or if you received a product that is different from that advertised, please contact us. You can either send it back for a full refund + return postage or we can send you a replacement.
What if I’m not satisfied with my purchase?
We’re sorry to hear of this! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and a representative will be happy to assist you with a resolution.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to cancel an order or make any changes to it, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot cancel an order once it has shipped, so the sooner you contact us, the better our chance of catching the order in time. If we can't make the change or cancellation before the order ships, you may need to return the item, which would fall under our standard return policy.
